Firm registration is pending with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and no engineering services are being offered or performed under this brand until it is granted. Founding customers on the waitlist are contacted first when ordering opens.

- Property anywhere in Texas. Documents produced from a submission are prepared for any Texas address; anything requiring a site observation is scheduled around a certified field technician reaching the property.
- Legal entity
- Sealed Engineering is a brand of 254 Engineering Services LLC. All engineering work is performed under that entity's license and registration.
- Firm registration pending with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
- What this is not
- Not an emergency line. If a structure is unsafe or somebody is in danger, call 911 and then your local building official.
